Do you think a computer set for just $500 is easy to buy that can also run Windows 95? Well that was my group's job to find out a computer set that would fit that criteria.
A computer for atleast $500 or less that can allow Windows 95 to run? Hmm....now isn't that a tough one eh? Well it took me a long of work and time to find one. I managed to find a computer set under $500 with tax and should be able to run Windows 95. However, there is only one downfall to this cheap price. The computer happens to be refurbished, so you won't get that "new" computer feeling.
The computer set that can be bought for under $500 with tax that includes a TOWER, MONITOR, MOUSE AND KEYBOARD, 12 MEGABYTES OF MEMORY, 240 MEGABYTES OF DISK DRIVE SPACE, 486 DX 66mghz. I managed to find this refurbihsed computer at the website http://www.global-computers.com That whole computer set there was just a mere price of $219!!! Tax included is a total of $237.62. Now all we need to add to this computer set is the monitor and we are set. The computer monitor i found for a cheap price at the same webpage is a NEC Multisync 3FG 15" .28 Dot NI (1280x1024). The price without tax is just only $199. With tax included is $215.92. So that makes teh total of the entire set just $453.54. And guess what? That is UNDER $453.54!. So we were just $46.46 below our limit.
